add inbound rss feeds

We will need to select a product for managing inbound atom/rss feeds and then settle on a list of feeds to which to describe. We will probably also need some explanation/disclaimer around different types/origins of feeds.

it would be nifty to be able to generate bibliographic citations for/from individual inbound articles (or, better, the material they refer to on the web) for ready inclusion as secondary reference citations in our bibliographic contexts.
