add orientation to point features

Description

Although point features do not have dimension, they can have useful orientation. For example, a mountain pass generally provides a path through a ridgeline or other elevation feature. Often, point symbols for passes (and similarly bridges) are oriented to approximate the alignment of the path. There is no way to capture this data in the GeoEntity? geometry now.
