At present, places build their titles by concatenating the titles (transliterations) of all associated names, regardless of their type. BAtlas would not have concatenated geographic and ethnic names together -- generally, BAtlas did not include ethnica for places that had geographic names (exception: a few regions, and these will have generally relegated the ethnica to "diamond" status, i.e., listing them only in the map-by-map directory). A similar policy on titling places in Pleiades will prevent confusion by users ... we don't want to contribute to a practice of calling places by the ethnica associated with them.
