links from parent to child bib records

Description

Right now, child records point to parent records but not vice versa. We need to be able to transit these relationships bidirectionally. Compare, for example:

http://www.unc.edu/awmc/pleiades/bibliography/ik-37.html (the child)

and

http://www.unc.edu/awmc/pleiades/bibliography/ik.html (the parent)
