r33 has initial member data and a module for batch registration. Module can be copied to the Extensions directory of our staging instance, used in a Zope external method, and then called through the web.

r35 has a function to mail passwords to the bulk registered initial members, taking input from the output of function above. Will run the first in the morning and pass along the data to Tom.

Accounts are created, and pending distribution of information. Accented characters have been entered by hand.
