Exploitations agricoles et espace rural antiques
HALMA-IPEL UMR 8164 (CNRS, Lille 3, MCC) is a collective effort to investigate Roman farms, villae and rural areas, with respect to settlements and to Roman campaigns in these areas. The group intends to collaborate with Pleiades through specific actions, and in particular the inventory of Roman settlements in Gallia Belgica. Wim De Clercq (University of Ghent – HALMA-IPEL UMR 8164) and Pascal Quérel (INRAP - HALMA-IPEL UMR 8164) are the coordinators.
